We’re recruiting for a Chef De Partie to join the brigade of one of the UK’s most respected country house hotels. Known for its commitment to quality, seasonality, and outstanding guest experiences, the hotel offers chefs the opportunity to work with carefully sourced produce in a professional and supportive environment.
As Chef De Partie, you’ll take responsibility for your section, ensuring dishes are prepared to the highest standards while supporting the wider team during service. This is an excellent opportunity to learn from experienced chefs and further your career within a prestigious hospitality operation.

What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience as a Chef De Partie or strong Demi Chef De Partie
- Passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients and high-quality cooking
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
