You must have experience working with fresh ingredients, ensuring quality and flavour are always front and centre.

- £40,000 per annum plus £5,000 service charge

Responsibilities as a Sous Chef…
- Assisting the Head Chef in running day-to-day kitchen operations, maintaining the highest food quality standards.
- Supporting and inspiring the kitchen team to deliver consistently excellent dishes.
- Helping to create and update menus, focusing on seasonal and steak-led dishes.
- Ensuring all health and safety and hygiene regulations are strictly followed.
- Managing stock levels, assisting with ordering and controlling costs to maintain profitability.
