Sous Chef – Open Fire Mediterranean Restaurant

Our client is a brand new Mediterranean Restaurant which recently opened in central London. Serving up to 120 covers per service, who is looking for a Sous Chef with a passion for running the pass and creating seriously tasty innovative dishes. 

You must have worked within premium restaurants previously to a high level.

  • Up to £47,000 salary on 48-hour contract

Responsibilities as a Sous Chef…

  • Running the pass
  • Overseeing junior chefs, reporting into the exceptional Head Chef
  • Cooking to an extremely high level, whilst overseeing all the MEP
  • Ensuring a seamless service of up to 120 covers on a busy service
  • You will have experience as a Sous Chef within a top class restaurant

This is a wonderful opportunity for a Sous Chef to further progress in your culinary career as you will be working alongside a talented Head Chef and kitchen brigade who are willing to share their culinary knowledge and expertise. Not to mention the training and progression opportunities!
