They’re on the hunt for a Sous Chef extraordinaire to provide unforgettable dining experiences within their two award-winning restaurants.
You’ll be wondering what’s in it for you as a Sous Chef…
- £35,000 per annum + £500 service charge
- Working 40 hours per week, 5 out of 7 days
- Staff accommodation – £60 per week, including all bills apart from food, TV license and internet

- 28 days annual leave – increasing with the length of service
- You will need your own mode of transport due to the location

- Creating an array of delectable dishes, spanning leisurely lunches, heartwarming Sunday roasts, indulgent afternoon teas and enchanting romantic dinners
- Catering for exclusive private parties and beautiful weddings for 140 to 160 guests
- Cooking with the freshest locally sourced ingredients
