We are so excited to be collaborating with a luxury hotel located on a country estate in the Cotswolds. They are looking for a highly motivated Sous Chef to join their kitchen brigade in creating a variety of classic British and European dishes.

The hotel is home to a spectacular kitchen garden. Therefore you will always have access to the finest, seasonal ingredients as you contribute to menu development and presentation.

This is an exciting opportunity to elevate your kitchen management skillset as you pass on your culinary and mentor more junior chefs.
