Our client, an opulent hotel located in the heart of the Cotswolds, is actively seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef with top-tier kitchen experience to become an integral part of their accomplished kitchen brigade in an award-winning seafood restaurant.
You will need 1/2 Rosette experience and your own mode of transportation due to the location of the hotel.

Responsibilities as a Sous Chef…
- Crafting an array of exquisite Cornish culinary delights for up to 80 guests
- Making the most of the hotel’s access to fresh, locally sourced and estate-grown ingredients
- Working closely alongside the Head Chef to ensure a smooth-running kitchen operation
- Going above and beyond to elevate your culinary skillset
- Showcasing outstanding communication skills and working well alongside others
