We are so excited to be working with a family-run group of gastro pubs which are located across two charming villages in the Cotswolds. They are looking for a Sous Chef to create a variety of flavour-first dishes using fresh seasonal ingredients in one of their establishments.
Working closely alongside the talented Executive Chef, you will be creating a variety of traditional pub classics as well as more adventurous dishes to impress diners.
With access to the freshest seasonal ingredients grown locally in the Cotswolds, this is an excellent opportunity to explore different ingredients and elevate your culinary skillset as a Sous Chef.
