We are delighted to be working with a luxury boutique hotel located on a country estate in the Cotswolds. They are looking for a Senior Sous Chef to create a selection of high-quality British and European dishes to wow their guests.

As Senior Sous Chef, you will have access to the very finest ingredients, grown onsite in the hotel’s glorious kitchen garden. You will have the chance to take your dishes to the next level as you assist with menu development.

This is an unmissable opportunity to elevate your kitchen management skills, pass on your culinary expertise and take full responsibility for the kitchen when the Head Chef is away.
