They are now searching for a Senior Sous Chef to support the leadership of a talented kitchen team, delivering a consistently exceptional experience across the property.

- £51,000 per annum plus circa £10,000 service charge

Responsibilities as the Senior Sous Chef…
- Supporting the Head Chef in overseeing day-to-day kitchen operations across all outlets
- Ensuring consistently high standards of food quality, presentation, and service
- Leading, motivating, and developing a large and diverse kitchen team
- Managing service across different dining concepts, ensuring smooth and efficient execution
- Maintaining strong control over ordering, stock, and kitchen organisation
We’re looking for a Senior Sous Chef with solid experience across a full hotel operation, not just a fine dining or Michelin-focused background. You’ll need to be adaptable, organised, and confident leading a team in a fast-paced, multi-outlet environment.
