- £40,000 per annum plus service charge and a bonus scheme

Responsibilities as the Senior Sous Chef…
- Crafting a wide array of stunning seasonal dishes with a sustainable focus
- Working closely alongside the Head Chef to ensure all elements of the kitchen operation are stunning smoothly
- Using your key attention to detail to ensure all dishes are of a consistently high quality
- Ensuring produce from the hotel’s wonderful kitchen garden is utilised
- Making the most of the hotel’s training and development opportunities to elevate your skillset
