Due to the location, it would be ideal that you have a driving licence.

- Up to £40,000 per annum (some negotiation) plus a 10% bonus and circa £2,000 to £3,000 service charge

Responsibilities as the Restaurant Manager…
- Taking a hands-on approach to leading and managing the restaurant team
- Monitoring your team’s performance and conducting regular high-quality training
- Being proactive by developing and implementing strategies to enhance guests’ dining experiences
- Collaborating with the kitchen and dining areas to ensure seamless coordination and memorable experiences for all families
- Overseeing day-to-day operations and taking ownership of budgets, stock and equipment
