Our client is an award-winning gastropub with rooms located in a delightful town in the Cotswolds. Part of a growing, high-end group that is renowned for its farm-to-fork ethos, the gastropub is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead their team of 16.

  • £45,000 per annum plus £6,000 service charge = £51,000 package

Responsibilities as the Restaurant Manager…

  • Ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day management of the high-performing Front of House team
  • Delegating daily tasks to Supervisors and the Bar Manager and supporting their delegation to the restaurant team
  • Working closely alongside the restaurant’s award-winning team of chefs and the General Manager to help elevate the food and beverage offering
  • Providing outstanding training and development of the Front of House team

This widely praised gastropub takes pride in serving a wide array of delicious dishes created using organic, fresh produce. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service for up to 55 covers and encouraging excellence as the team pushes for a Michelin Star.
