We’re recruiting on behalf of an exceptional residential development in Central London, where outstanding service and attention to detail are at the heart of everything they do. They are now seeking a Reception Host to join their front-of-house team and help create a welcoming experience for residents, guests and visitors alike.
You’ll be wondering what’s in it for you as the Reception Host…
- £32,500 per annum
- 4 on, 4 off shift pattern (8am to 8pm)
- One-hour break each shift
- Christmas bonus

Responsibilities as the Reception Host…
- Greeting residents and visitors with warmth and professionalism
- Managing incoming calls and directing enquiries appropriately
- Receiving deliveries and assisting with resident requests
- Supporting key management and day-to-day reception duties
- Maintaining a polished and welcoming reception environment at all times
We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for customer service. This role would suit someone from a hotel, restaurant, airline or other luxury guest-facing background who is looking to develop their career within a prestigious residential setting.
