You’ll Be Great If…

  • You will have experience as a Sous Chef working at Michelin Star and/or 3 Rosette and above
  • Exceptional management experience
  • Experience working within a fine dining environment as a Sous Chef doing large covers, up to 120
  • Good team player
  • Overseeing a large talented team
