You’ll Be Great If…
- You will have experience as a Sous Chef working at Michelin Star and/or 3 Rosette and above
- Exceptional management experience
- Experience working within a fine dining environment as a Sous Chef doing large covers, up to 120
- Good team player
- Overseeing a large talented team
