We’re working with one of London’s most renowned 5-star hotels, home to a Michelin-starred restaurant as well as an elegant all-day dining restaurant and award-winning afternoon tea service. They are now looking for a talented Sous Chef to join their accomplished kitchen brigade, supporting the leadership team in maintaining outstanding standards across every service.
This is an exciting opportunity to work within a fast-paced luxury environment where no two days are the same. From refined fine dining to high-volume hotel service, you’ll play a key role in ensuring every dish reflects the quality and attention to detail the hotel is known for.

- £44,700 per annum plus circa £10,000 service charge

Responsibilities as the Sous Chef…
- Supporting the senior kitchen team in the day-to-day running of multiple kitchen operations
- Leading and inspiring chefs during service, ensuring consistency and quality at all times
- Assisting with training, mentoring and developing junior members of the brigade
- Helping to manage stock, ordering and kitchen organisation efficiently
- Ensuring the highest standards of food safety, cleanliness and kitchen presentation are maintained
We’re looking for a Sous Chef with experience in a quality hotel environment who thrives in a busy, multi-outlet operation. You’ll be a confident team player with excellent organisational skills, a hands-on leadership style, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional food and guest experiences.
