We are delighted to continue collaborating with a prestigious 5-star hotel in the heart of London. They are looking for an experienced Private Events Floor to ensure the smooth running of a variety of special events.

Ideally, you will be available to start immediately.

Responsibilities as the Private Events Floor Manager…

 

  • Providing an exceptional customer experience throughout the event
  • Leading and mentoring the events team to provide consistent 5-star service to all guests attending events
  • Going above and beyond to meet and exceed client expectations by ensuring the smooth running of the floor
  • Coordinating and planning with all departments to create an unforgettable guest experience
  • Upkeeping morale within the team and encouraging excellence

 

From intimate weddings and gender reveals to lunches and meetings attended by high-profile individuals, this is an exciting opportunity for an individual with experience in private dining and events to gain invaluable experience in the hotel’s 7 stunning event spaces.
