- Providing an exceptional customer experience throughout the event
- Leading and mentoring the events team to provide consistent 5-star service to all guests attending events
- Going above and beyond to meet and exceed client expectations by ensuring the smooth running of the floor
- Coordinating and planning with all departments to create an unforgettable guest experience
- Upkeeping morale within the team and encouraging excellence
