We are delighted to continue collaborating with a luxury boutique hotel based on the Gloucestershire/ Worcestershire border in the Cotswolds. They are looking for a creative Pastry Chef to join their 2 Rosette kitchen brigade to craft a variety of picture-perfect pastries to be served throughout the hotel.
We are looking for a Pastry Chef at the top of their game, someone with at least 4 to 5 years of experience working in high-quality kitchens, ideally at rosette level.

- £38,000 per annum plus circa £3,000 service charge (Salary increase to £39,000 per annum after 3-month probation)

Responsibilities as a Pastry Chef…
- Creating a variety of high-quality pastries to be served throughout the hotel
- Assisting the Head Chef in curating creative, innovative and unique menu items
- Passing on your pastry knowledge and expertise to the more junior members of the team
- Continuously striving for improvement in your skillset
- Embracing the hotel’s excellent training opportunities
- With access to fresh seasonal ingredients sourced from local farmers and producers and working alongside a highly experienced team, you will be creating a variety of dishes such as indulgent desserts, beautiful breads, and afternoon tea treats.
