Our client is a highly regarded private members’ club renowned for its exceptional dining and first-class service. They are now looking for a creative and detail-oriented Pastry Chef to join their talented kitchen team, contributing to a variety of menus from restaurant service to bespoke events.

Responsibilities as a Pastry Chef…
- Preparing high-quality desserts, pastries and baked goods for both à la carte and event menus
- Contributing creative ideas for seasonal menus and special occasions
- Ensuring consistency, precision and presentation in every dish
- Maintaining excellent food safety and hygiene practices
- Working collaboratively within a well-structured pastry and kitchen team
