- £35,000 per annum plus £5,000 service charge
- Working Wednesday to Sunday, 50 hours per week

Responsibilities as a Pastry Chef…
- Creating a range of beautifully presented desserts, pastries, and bread
- Innovating and contributing new ideas for the dessert menu
- Working closely with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team to ensure consistency
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the pastry section
- Leading and mentoring junior members of the pastry team
