We are delighted to be continuing our partnership with a hospitality group renowned for its elegant collection of luxury hotels and serviced apartments in the heart of London. They are now seeking a friendly and professional Night Receptionist to join their exceptional team and deliver a seamless guest experience throughout the night.
You must have previous experience in luxury hotels or serviced apartments, and ideally have used Mews or a similar PMS such as Opera.
You’ll be wondering what’s in it for you as a Night Receptionist…
- £29,744 per annum plus quarterly bonuses and £150 per month wellness bonus after completing a 3-month probationary period. Use it for travel, fitness, streaming or anything that helps you recharge = £31,544 package
- Working 44 hours per week, 4 days on, 3 days off
- Work across two stunning Central London properties located close to one another

Shift patterns:
- 19:00 to 07:00 – 2 nights per week
- 20:30 to 07:30 – 2 nights per week
Responsibilities as a Night Receptionist…
- Acting as the first point of contact for guests, offering a warm and professional welcome
- Managing guest check-ins, check-outs, bookings and billing
- Handling overnight guest queries and ensuring a smooth and secure operation
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and service throughout the night
- Completing end-of-day procedures and reports as required
