Responsibilities as a Junior Sous Chef…
- Creating a variety of delicious tapas/small-plate dishes
- Passing on your knowledge and expertise to more junior chefs
- Continuously striving for improvement in your skillset
- Working effectively with the team to ensure swift service for members
Working closely alongside a highly experienced Executive Chef and a talented team of 5, this is a truly wonderful opportunity to share your culinary expertise, elevate your kitchen management skills and gain invaluable experience.
