As Junior Sous Chef, you’ll play a key role in delivering bold, seasonal dishes and supporting the senior team in leading a high-performing kitchen.

Responsibilities as a Junior Sous Chef…
- Working closely with the Sous and Head Chef to deliver consistently high-quality dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients
- Taking ownership of sections during service and supporting more junior members of the team
- Upholding high kitchen standards in hygiene, safety and organisation
- Getting involved in menu development and showcasing produce from the garden
- Maintaining stock levels and supporting with daily prep and ordering
