Responsibilities as a Junior Sous Chef…
- Crafting a variety of unforgettable fine-dining dishes
- Running various sections of the kitchen as and when required
- Making the most of the fresh, seasonal ingredients grown on the grounds of the hotel
- Supervising, training and coaching other members of the team
- Maintaining positive working relationships with every member of the team
- Attending high-quality training sessions provided by the hotel
