You will have experience working at 2 Rosette level and above.
You’ll be wondering what’s in it for you as a Junior Sous Chef…
- £38,000 to £40,000 per annum plus £3,500 to £4,000 service charge
- Set days off – Sunday and Monday
- Working alongside an excellent Head Chef
Responsibilities as a Junior Sous Chef…
- Creating a variety of beautiful French-inspired dishes for up to 20 covers at lunch and 50 covers during the evening service
- Running a section and overseeing junior chefs in other sections, including providing training and development
- Going above and beyond to elevate your skillset as the team pushes for further accolades
- Making the most of the restaurant’s access to the freshest ingredients sourced from small, independent suppliers
- Showcasing exceptional communication skills and passing on your culinary expertise to others
