As Junior Sous Chef, you will play an important role in supporting the senior kitchen team, helping to deliver consistently high-quality dishes while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This is a great opportunity for a strong Chef De Partie ready to step up or an existing Junior Sous looking to further develop their skills within a professional kitchen.

- £31,000 per annum plus £2,000 to £3,000 service charge
- Working 45 hours per week, 5 days out of 7

Responsibilities as a Junior Sous Chef…
- Supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
- Leading sections during service and ensuring smooth operations
- Maintaining high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation
- Assisting with training and mentoring junior chefs
- Ensuring all hygiene and health & safety standards are consistently met
