Responsibilities as a Host…
- Greeting guests warmly and professionally as they arrive, creating a positive first impression
- Managing bookings, seating plans, and guest flow to ensure a smooth-running service
- Providing knowledgeable guidance on the venue’s offerings and events
- Communicating effectively with the front-of-house and kitchen teams
- Ensuring the reception and entrance areas remain immaculate at all times
