- £33,500 per annum plus up to £6,000 service charge
- Set days off – Sunday and Monday

Responsibilities as the Head Waiter…
- Providing a highly personalised service to each and every guest and showcasing your passion for fine dining
- Delivering a wide array of dishes and working closely alongside the culinary and sommelier teams to deliver the very best quality service
- Going above and beyond to fulfil special requests from guests including dietary requirements, food preferences, beverage and wine preferences, and special occasions
- Showcasing extensive menu knowledge to guests and answering any questions and queries
- Completing opening mise-en-place and closing duties to the very best standard
