Right now, we’re partnering with one of London’s most creative, prestigious, and theatrical luxury catering companies. They’re the name behind some of the capital’s most unforgettable events, from haute couture launches to royal gala dinners.
And they’re searching for a Head Pastry Chef who is far more than just a master of choux and sugar work. They want a storyteller. A visionary. A dessert architect.

- On average, working 1 weekend day a month and 1 evening per week
- 31 days annual leave = 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays and Christmas to New Year off for free
- A rare platform to express your creativity beyond the constraints of traditional restaurants.
- The chance to join an elite team where food is theatre and every dish is a headline.
- A backstage pass to the most exclusive and imaginative events in London.
Who You Are:
- You’ve created standout pastries in Michelin-starred or fine dining environments.
- You dream in textures, flavours, and concepts – and you’re ready to break the mould.
- You have experience working in large-volume kitchens.
- You’re the calm in the chaos, the detail in the drama, and the artist in the kitchen.
What You’ll Do:
- Design and deliver show-stopping desserts for luxury events across London’s most iconic venues.
- Collaborate with the culinary and events teams to turn abstract themes into edible installations.
- Run a high-performance pastry kitchen where no two days are ever the same.
- Experiment. Refine. Push boundaries. Repeat.
