- £40,000 per annum plus £15,000 service charge

Responsibilities as the Head Chef…
- Creating a variety of stunning dishes using the finest local prime cuts
- Making the most of the kitchen’s access to fresh, locally sourced ingredients
- Passing on your knowledge and expertise to the more junior chefs in the brigade
- Leading, motivating and managing the kitchen brigade of 6
