You must have a solid 3 AA Rosette background.

- Leading, inspiring and developing a talented brigade, fostering a calm, professional and learning-focused culture
- Curating refined, flavour-led British menus that celebrate seasonal produce from trusted local suppliers and the estate’s own larder
- Upholding 3 Rosette standards across every service while setting the agenda for further accolades
- Collaborate closely with the General Manager and FOH leadership to deliver a seamless guest experience
