Following the success of their first site, they’re now launching in the heart of Bristol and are looking for a passionate, hands-on Head Chef to run the kitchen at this exciting new venue.
As Head Chef, you’ll be the driving force in the kitchen. You’ll lead a talented team, deliver consistently high-quality dishes and set the standard for everything that leaves the pass. You’ll shape the kitchen culture, inspire your team and keep every service smooth, efficient and fun.

Key Responsibilities:
- Leading, motivating and developing the kitchen team
- Overseeing prep, service, ordering and stock management
- Maintaining top standards of quality, flavour and presentation
- Working closely with the management team to keep service seamless
- Inspiring creativity, teamwork and continuous improvement
About You:
- Experienced Head Chef or ambitious Senior Sous Chef ready for the step up
