They’re now looking for a visionary Head Chef to lead the kitchen, inspire the brigade, and shape the next era of this critically acclaimed dining destination.

As Head Chef, you’ll be:
- Driving the daily operation of a fast-paced 3 Rosette kitchen
- Leading, mentoring, and developing a passionate and skilled brigade
- Crafting innovative menus that reflect seasonality and precision
- Upholding the highest standards of consistency, presentation, and taste
- Taking ownership of kitchen performance, cost control, and compliance
- Playing a pivotal role in maintaining and elevating Rosette standards
