Guest Services Manager – Luxury Country House Hotel

This Guest Services Manager position is located in one of the UK’s most stunning country house hotels, situated in Ascot. In this role, you will strive to exceed guest expectations, ensuring each visitor has a memorable and exceptional experience.

The hotel is looking for a friendly Guest Services Manager dedicated to making every guest feel truly at home. You’ll be attending to the needs of exclusive VIPs and prestigious blue-chip companies, requiring a detail-oriented and attentive professional for this role.

You’ll be wondering what’s in it for you as the Guest Services Manager…

  • £31,800 per annum plus £2,500 to £3,000 service charge
  • Working circa 42 hours per week, 4 on 4 off
  • Working 12-hour shifts
  • Typical working hours: 6:45pm to 7 :15am or 7:15AM to 6:45pm

Responsibilities as the Guest Services Manager…

  • Overseeing the operation of the Front of House team and ensuring guests have a seamless experience
  • Providing a personalised experience for a wide variety of guests including exclusive VIPs, celebrities, blue-chip companies and international travellers
  • Creating a positive working environment and mentoring your team to maintain the hotel’s high standards of excellence
  • Embracing the hotel’s excellent training and development opportunities
  • Sharing your wealth of knowledge and expertise and providing high-quality training
