This role is located in a highly sought-after 5-star hotel in London. They are looking for a Guest Services Manager to join their highly skilled hotel front-of-house team. They are one of our very best clients who treat their staff very well.

- £27,500 per annum plus circa £9,000 service charge
- Travel Card paid for – Up to zone 4 (after 6 months)
- Working 7 shifts over 14 days
- Working 8am to 8pm
- Occasional night shifts

Responsibilities as a Guest Services Manager within a 5 star hotel…
- You will be within a supervisory position currently within another luxury hotel
- As Guest Services Manager you will be working with Opera PMS so you will need experience with this
- You will be imperative to creating the absolute best service possible for each hotel guest
- Working closely with the guest services team in this hands-on position
- VIP guests will be visiting this property regularly; therefore the very best service is required
