Guest Services Manager – 5 Star Hotel

This role is located in a highly sought-after 5-star hotel in London. They are looking for a Guest Services Manager to join their highly skilled hotel front-of-house team. They are one of our very best clients who treat their staff very well.

You’ll be wondering what’s in it for you as a Guest Services Manager…

  • £27,500 per annum plus circa £9,000 service charge
  • Travel Card paid for – Up to zone 4 (after 6 months)
  • Working 7 shifts over 14 days
  • Working 8am to 8pm
  • Occasional night shifts
  • Working alongside a team of leading industry professionals
  • Invaluable experience pushing towards further accolades

Responsibilities as a Guest Services Manager within a 5 star hotel…

  • You will be within a supervisory position currently within another luxury hotel
  • As Guest Services Manager you will be working with Opera PMS so you will need experience with this
  • You will be imperative to creating the absolute best service possible for each hotel guest
  • Working closely with the guest services team in this hands-on position
  • VIP guests will be visiting this property regularly; therefore the very best service is required
