One of our best clients, a luxurious 5-star hotel located in the heart of London, is seeking a Guest Services Manager to join their renowned front-of-house team. In this key role, you’ll ensure exceptional guest experiences, providing seamless service across the hotel.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury guest services and proficiency in Opera PMS software, contributing to the hotel’s continued reputation for excellence.

- £29,343 per annum plus circa £10,000 service charge
- Travel Card paid for – Up to zone 4 (after 6 months)
- Working 7 shifts over 14 days
- Working 8am to 8pm
- Occasional night shifts
