With an exceptional reputation for their outstanding guest experience, they are currently looking for a Food & Beverage Manager to ensure their dining facilities reflect the high standards of the club.

- £30,000 per annum + a £2,300 bonus
- Working 48 hours per week
- 40 hours per week during the winter

Responsibilities as the Food & Beverage Manager…
- Working closely alongside the talented Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure an unforgettable food offering
- Implementing innovative strategies to increase the quality and meet and exceed guest expectations
- Ensuring optimum profitability and maintaining the financial control of the F&B outlets
- Going above and beyond to ensure the team delivers the ultimate guest experience
- Building positive working relationships with all other departments including the Events Team who host a wide array of events at the course
