This Food and Beverage Floor Manager role is set in one of the UK’s most luxurious 5-star hotels, just 40 minutes from central London. As the Food and Beverage Floor Manager, you will work across a vibrant array of food & beverage outlets on the estate, each serving a diverse selection of high-quality dishes created by industry-leading chefs.
Your role will involve leading, guiding and training the restaurant teams to deliver excellent service in various stylish but unpretentious environments.
We are looking for passionate hospitality professionals from either luxury hotels and/or restaurant backgrounds.

Responsibilities as the Food and Beverage Floor Manager…
- Creating 5-star customer service journeys which exceed expectations and leave diners eager to return
- Liaising with all outlets effectively to ensure exceptional service levels are consistently delivered to all guests
- Managing team performance and ensuring that the high standards of the hotel are being met consistently
- Ensuring all guest queries are handled swiftly
