We are so excited to be assisting a 45m Sailing Yacht that is currently spending the winter in Spain. They are looking for an experienced First Mate to join their established crew.
As the First Mate, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and smooth running experience onboard the yacht. This will involve crew management, running deck operations, navigation, overseeing docking and mooring procedures, and watchkeeping.
Working alongside a longstanding Captain, this is an excellent opportunity for a First Mate with proven longevity who is long for their next long-term job opportunity.
