An outstanding opportunity has become available for an experienced Executive Head Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping operation within a prestigious luxury hotel.

As the head of department, you’ll be responsible for maintaining exceptional presentation and cleanliness standards across guest accommodation and public areas while leading, developing, and inspiring a large housekeeping team.

This role would suit a highly organised leader who takes pride in delivering excellence and understands the importance of housekeeping in creating exceptional guest experiences.

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience as an Executive Head Housekeeper or senior housekeeping leader within a luxury environment
  • Strong people management and leadership skills
  • Experience managing departmental budgets and staffing levels
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain consistently high standards across all areas
