Responsibilities as the Conference and Banqueting Manager…
- Overseeing the seamless planning and execution of conferences, banquets, and private events, ensuring they meet the hotel’s exceptional standards.
- Leading, training, and developing the Conference & Banqueting team to deliver outstanding service and exceed guest expectations.
- Working closely with sales and F&B teams to maximise revenue opportunities and ensure events run efficiently and profitably.
- Maintaining the highest service standards, presentation, and attention to detail to uphold the hotel’s luxury reputation.
- Providing a personalised and professional approach to event delivery, creating memorable experiences for every guest.
