Chef De Partie – Open Fire Mediterranean Restaurant

Our client is a modern Mediterranean Restaurant which recently opened in central London. Serving up to 120 covers, they are looking for a passionate Chef De Partie to create a variety of seasonal Southern Europe inspired dishes over an open fire.

You must have previous experience working in the kitchens of high-end restaurants.

  • £40,000 salary on 48-hour contract
  • Paid overtime at £16 per hour
  • 7 shifts per week, 4 days on, 3 days off

Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie…

  • Creating a variety of delicious dishes that celebrate Southern European flavours
  • Making the most of the restaurant’s access to fresh, seasonal ingredients
  • Going above and beyond to perfect your skills cooking over an open-fire grill
  • Gaining knowledge and expertise from the team to improve your culinary skillset
  • Working alongside the team to elevate and evolve the restaurant’s menu and operations
