Their rustic yet relaxed restaurant, which opened late last year, is looking for a passionate Chef De Partie to join their growing kitchen brigade and play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie…
- Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes with precision and consistency.
- Managing your designated section, ensuring smooth service and organisation.
- Working alongside senior chefs, learning and developing your culinary skills.
- Supporting stock control and ordering, helping to maintain efficiency and minimise waste.
- Ensuring hygiene and food safety standards are upheld at all times.
With 80 covers inside, 80 outside, and a strong focus on large banquets, this is an exciting opportunity for a Chef De Partie who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen and enjoys creating outstanding dishes for high volumes of guests.
