- £16.70 per hour including tronc plus paid overtime

Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie…
- Taking ownership of your section and delivering consistently high-quality dishes
- Working closely with the team to create menus inspired by seasonal and locally sourced ingredients
- Supporting across different sections to build a well-rounded kitchen experience
- Playing a key role in mentoring and guiding junior chefs and apprentices
- Maintaining excellent standards of hygiene, organisation, and food safety
