Led by a Michelin-trained Head Chef, this kitchen champions seasonality, creativity, and precision. You’ll be part of an ambitious brigade determined to push standards and deliver memorable dining experiences in a beautifully restored setting.

- £35,000 per annum
- Live-in accommodation available (£100 per week)

Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie…
- Running your own section with precision, creativity, and consistency
- Preparing and presenting dishes to the highest standard using quality local produce
- Supporting senior chefs in menu development and daily operations
- Maintaining impeccable standards of cleanliness, organisation, and food safety
- Helping to train and support junior chefs as part of a growing, motivated team
