We are delighted to be assisting a family-owned luxury boutique hotel set in a charming coastal village in West Sussex. They are looking for a talented Chef De Partie to join their award-winning culinary team.
With a 2 Rosette fine dining restaurant and several other food outlets, all served from the hotel’s exceptional kitchen, this is an excellent opportunity to showcase your skills and grow in a supportive environment.
You’ll be wondering what’s in it for you as a Chef De Partie…
- £29,952 per annum plus circa £3,600 service charge
- Live-in accommodation available (20 to 25-minute walk from the hotel) – £390 per month, including all bills, internet, and TV licence
- Working 48 hours per week
- A mix of straight and split shifts

Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie…
- Preparing and presenting a variety of dishes to be served across multiple dining outlets
- Collaborating with the Head Chef and team to ensure a seamless kitchen operation
- Maintaining exceptional standards of hygiene and food safety
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members
- Bringing creativity and passion to every service
