We are delighted to be working with a flavour-focused French Bistro located in the heart of London. They are looking for an ambitious Chef De Partie to join their team of 5 in creating a wide array of seasonal, French-inspired dishes packed with bold flavours.
You will have experience working at 2 Rosette level and above.
You’ll be wondering what’s in it for you as a Chef De Partie…
- £36,000 per annum plus circa £4,000 service charge
- Set days off – Sunday and Monday
- Working alongside a fantastic Head Chef
Responsibilities as the Chef De Partie…
- Creating a variety of stunning French-inspired dishes for up to 20 covers at lunch and 50 covers during the evening service
- Running a section and ensuring consistently high-quality dishes
- Going above and beyond to elevate your skillset as the team pushes for further accolades
- Making the most of the restaurant’s access to the freshest ingredients sourced from small, independent suppliers
- Showcasing outstanding communication and teamwork skills
