We’re recruiting for an exciting opportunity within the kitchen brigade of one of the UK’s most highly regarded countryside dining destinations.

This award-winning restaurant is renowned for its ingredient-led cooking, seasonal menus, and strong connection to the estate and surrounding land. Holding a Green Michelin Star, the kitchen focuses on beautifully simple dishes that allow exceptional produce to shine, with ingredients sourced directly from the estate’s organic farm, gardens, and local producers.

As Chef De Partie, you’ll work within a professional and highly skilled brigade preparing refined dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients in a calm yet ambitious kitchen environment. The style of cooking is clean, thoughtful, and produce-driven, making this an ideal role for a chef who values quality ingredients and modern British cooking.

This is a fantastic opportunity to learn within a kitchen where sustainability, seasonality, and craftsmanship sit at the heart of everything they do.

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience as a Chef De Partie or strong Demi Chef De Partie
  • Passion for fresh, seasonal, ingredient-led cooking
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation
  • Calm and organised approach during service
  • Desire to learn and develop within a luxury hospitality environment
