Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie…
- Preparing and presenting dishes to fine dining standards with consistency and attention to detail
- Overseeing mise en place and keeping your section organised, clean, and ready for service
- Working seamlessly with the brigade to deliver a smooth, efficient flow during service
- Mentoring and supporting junior chefs, sharing knowledge and encouraging their growth
- Championing sustainability by respecting seasonality, reducing waste and maintaining high standards of food safety
This celebrated gastropub serves up to 55 covers and is striving for Michelin Star recognition. As Chef de Partie, you’ll refine your craft within a passionate team where provenance, creativity and quality lead every dish.
