As a Chef De Partie, you’ll be joining a passionate kitchen team delivering classic British dishes with a contemporary twist, using quality seasonal ingredients.

- £28,000 per annum plus circa £4,000 service charge
- Potential live-in accommodation for £500 per month

Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie…
- Taking charge of your section and supporting the senior chefs in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
- Preparing dishes to a consistently high standard
- Contributing ideas for menu development and specials
- Maintaining excellent food safety and hygiene standards
