An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a brand new 4-star luxury boutique hotel in the heart of London, set to open its doors next month.
This stylish new opening will feature a relaxed all-day dining restaurant centred around seasonal British cuisine, with a focus on beautifully executed small plates. Alongside the restaurant, there will also be a strong events offering, making this a varied and dynamic kitchen environment.
You will ideally be available immediately.
You’ll be wondering what’s in it for you as a Chef De Partie…
- £15.50 per hour plus circa £4,000 per annum service charge
- 40-hour contract with paid overtime (around 45 hours per week on average)

Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie…
- Preparing and delivering high-quality dishes across the all-day dining menu
- Working with seasonal British ingredients to create refined small plates
- Supporting with event preparation and service when required
- Maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness, organisation, and consistency
- Contributing positively to a motivated and professional kitchen culture
As Chef De Partie, you’ll be joining from the very beginning, working in a brand new, state-of-the-art kitchen as part of a close-knit team of seven. This is a fantastic chance to be part of a growing group and play a key role in shaping the kitchen’s success from day one.
