Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie…
- Preparing and cooking dishes to an exceptional standard across various kitchen sections
- Maintaining consistency and quality during both day and evening service
- Supporting senior chefs with menu development and new dishes
- Ensuring all health, safety and hygiene standards are upheld
- Taking pride in organisation, presentation and teamwork
